I would like to thank, Kevin, Ken, Leon, Dennis, Chuck, Christine, Jody, Matt P., Ron and Deb, Dave L. and all the kids that helped out at this years Expo. It was a fun, informative, and productive weekend. We had over 600 kids shooting in the BB gun range and we sold a vast amount of gun raffle tickets as well talking to some interesting people and making some great contacts for future events and partnerships.
Great job and Thank you all.
Our next meeting will be held March 16th, 2020 at the McKean Tavern.
We will have a brief run down on the Expo but our main goal is to finish all arrangements and plans for the Banquet, which is right around the corner.
If you haven’t sent your registration in, please do so by the 14th of this month. Also any sponsors will need to be sent to me ASAP so I have time to get them on the donor and/or sponsor list.
Any sold or unsold gun raffle tickets MUST be turned in at meeting.
We are looking good on larger items, however Chinese auction items are always welcome but I do need them before we set up for banquet.
I hope to see you all at the meeting, thank you and I am looking forward to breaking last years banquet attendance.
